PosttotheFuture.com will let you know that your letter was posted by sending an email to your registered email address. We will confirm the address the letter was posted to.
Yes, you can delete a letter online prior to 5 days before delivery. The online letters will not be delivered. The hand written letters if cancelled, will be mailed back to you using your contact address on PosttotheFuture.com. There are no refunds for cancelled letters.
You can only amend a letter that has not been submitted, and these are stored in your drafts folder. Once a letter has been submitted to us, you cannot amend that letter but you may delete it completely as detailed above.
No. your online letter is encrypted and as such cannot be read by anyone. At the point of printing and delivering the letter, it is automatically processed. No one will read or tamper in any way with your details. Handwritten letters we store will also never be opened so you must ensure that you seal the envelope you wish the recipient to open.
